I have purchased iGooSoft Flipbook Creator (twice actually because I thought the first time was a bad download as I couldn't get any answers from them) and tried to use it to make a flipbook from a PDF file. However, there is no tutorial available for the Windows application. It refuses to convert, freezes on the convert function, but the reason for this comment is that there is no support as I have contacted them on numerous occasions without ever getting any feedback.
I'm not a complainer but not happy.

I bought it for Mac 10.6. It was supposed to work.
I can't even install it, and get any answer from the support in 10 days.
Want my money back.
